Diamond Certification
Every diamond we sell, natural or lab-grown, is independently graded by GIA or IGI before it reaches you - no exceptions.
What Certification Means
A diamond certificate (or grading report) is issued by an independent laboratory - not by us - after the diamond is examined under controlled conditions. It records the diamond's exact characteristics and is tied to a unique report number, so its authenticity can be verified by anyone, at any time.
GIA & IGI
GIA
The Gemological Institute of America is the standard-setting body for diamond grading worldwide, known for the strictest and most consistent grading criteria. We use GIA primarily for natural diamonds.
IGI
The International Gemological Institute is the world's largest independent lab for lab-grown diamonds, with reports that clearly identify a stone's origin alongside its grade.
The 4Cs, Graded On Every Report
Cut
How well it's faceted for brilliance
Colour
Absence of colour, graded D to Z
Clarity
Inclusions visible under magnification
Carat
Weight, precise to the hundredth
Natural & Lab-Grown, Both Certified
We deal in both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Chemically and optically, a lab-grown diamond is a real diamond - the only difference is its origin, which is stated clearly on every report we provide.
Natural Diamonds
Formed over billions of years beneath the earth's surface. Each one is certified for authenticity and grade.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
Grown under controlled conditions that replicate nature, then cut, polished and certified to the same standard.
Verifying Your Certificate
Every report we issue carries a unique number that can be looked up directly on the GIA or IGI website to confirm the diamond's grade and origin.
- Locate the report number on your certificate
- Visit the GIA or IGI report-verification page
- Enter the number to confirm it matches your diamond
